Here's what we found for "Status of a case"

We try to respond to all requests to review a case within 48 hours. However, there are times when it can take longer.

The Resolution Centre provides information about all your open cases and what's happened so far. You can check your case details and see when your case was sent for review or appealed.

To view the status of a case:

  1. Go to the Resolution Centre.
  2. Locate Your cases and check for updates in the Status column.
  3. To review what's happened so far with a case, click the See case details link.
