If you haven't been paid for something you sold, you have a few options—and in most cases you may get a final value fee credit.
Resend the invoice to the buyer
Contact the buyer
Try to work things out with the buyer by contacting them. They may need more time to make a payment.
Cancel the order
If the buyer wants to cancel the order, you'll get a fee credit.
Open an unpaid item case
Click the Open a case button and select the item. Depending on the outcome, you may get a fee credit. If you sell a lot of items, you can also try our Unpaid Item Assistant, which opens and closes cases automatically on your behalf.
