Here's what we found for "Estimating shipping costs"

You'll need to specify shipping costs and which shipping services you'll be using when you list your items. This option allows you to enter flat shipping costs for Singapore and/or international shipping. If you enter shipping charges that are more than what is allowed, you'll be asked to change them to a lower amount.

If you're selling more than one item, you can enter a shipping cost for each additional item a buyer purchases. The cost you enter will appear on your item listing. Your buyers will be charged the shipping cost you specify when they pay for the item.

You'll also be required to specify a handling time when you list your item. If you don't specify a handling time, eBay will select a default handling time for you.

Buyers feel much more comfortable purchasing items if they know the shipping charges before bidding or buying.
