If you want to sell to members in Singapore, you can specify this on the Sell Your Item form by selecting "Domestic Shipping." Your item listing will show that you only ship to buyers in Singapore.
If your listing clearly states that you don't accept international bids or buyers, but someone from outside Singapore bids on or buys your item anyway, you can decline to ship the item. In this case, we recommend that you contact the buyer and explain the situation. If the buyer agrees, the easiest option is cancel the transaction.
